Just like you, I wanted something different. Modern fantasy, as much as I love it, didn’t have the bite, the teeth, the human experience that made the classics so beloved.
What’s the hero’s journey without consequence?
Armed with little more than my imagination, I wrote a story I wanted to read, something different.
When readers responded with enthusiasm, I knew that I wasn’t the only one who craved modern influenced by the inspirational human condition.
What really knocks me out is a book that, when you're all done reading it, you wish the author that wrote it was a terrific friend of yours and you could call him up on the phone whenever you felt like it.
There’s magick, friendship, sorrow, action, danger, and adventure—huge universes awaiting your discovery. If you want to grabbed by the plot and rapt by the humanity of the characters as they navigate the surreal and supernatural, you’re in the right place.
